Stock and seller descriptions
We cannot guarantee a seller's stock, price, description, warranty, or return policy. If something changes before you approve the quote, we tell you.
How it works
Six stages, one clear next step at a time. Here is what we need from you, what we do, and what you will see before you approve anything.
The full process
Each stage shows what you do, what we do, and what you'll see. If something needs your input, we pause and ask—we don't guess.
Send a link, a photo, or a few details. No account needed.
A reply from a person, usually with questions or a clear next step. No payment yet.
If we cannot source the item, we say so and suggest alternatives where we can.
An itemized quote in plain language—not one all-in number.
A quote with each line explained, plus the currency and expiry date.
A quote is an estimate until the final item, weight, and destination are confirmed.
You review the itemized quote and approve it before any charge.
A payment confirmation and a request page that shows what happens next.
Nothing is charged before you approve the quote.
The checks you chose—documented, not guessed.
Photos and notes from the check, plus a clear question if something looks different.
Inspection is not authentication. We do not authenticate brands, lab-test materials, or guarantee seller claims.
One parcel where possible, packed for the route.
A dispatch update, the carrier service, and tracking where the carrier provides it.
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.
Tell us if something is wrong—with photos and the packaging.
A written outcome and, where applicable, a repair, replacement, partial refund, or refund.
We cannot guarantee a particular outcome where the cause is a seller's misdescription, carrier loss, customs action, or a risk disclosed before you approved the quote.
The checks
Inspection is practical and visual. It is not authentication, and it is not a lab test. You choose the scope; we document what we see and ask before we act on a difference.
What we can confirm
What we don't do
The check scope is confirmed and recorded on your order. More about checks →
The limits
A clear process includes clear boundaries. These are the things that can change a plan, a price, or a delivery date.
We cannot guarantee a seller's stock, price, description, warranty, or return policy. If something changes before you approve the quote, we tell you.
Carrier transit estimates are not guarantees. Customs, weather, strikes, and carrier operations can move a delivery date.
We inspect what we can see. We do not authenticate brands, verify origin, or lab-test materials, safety, or compliance.
Customs can inspect, hold, re-assess, or apply an exclusion. The forwarder contract and destination rules control the final assessment.
The destination, carrier, and customs make the final call. We may decline an item or ask for extra packaging, documents, or a different service.
Product warranties and seller policies sit with the seller. We help with a claim where we reasonably can, but we cannot replace a seller's warranty.
Status, in plain language
Your request page and emails use these labels. If we need you, the status changes to Needs your input and we say what we need.
Main path
When we pause or close
Status names match the emails and your request page. We do not use a different word in each place.
Your turn
Send the link today. A person will reply with what's possible, what it costs, and what happens next.
